I was outside putting out the trash and saw the mail truck speed right by. I had been watching for it and was disappointed, but he went to the next block, turned around and came back. It certainly was a well traveled package. Yes, I made the mistake, but I think I would never have gotten it back without the intervention of the very nice young lady at our local postal facility.
You may ask how I knew she was young over the telephone. Well, she was still working and compared to me that’s young.
